Call of duty Warzone was launched in 2020. It is a cross-platform app and runs on PC, PS4 and Xbox one. The game is accessible from Modern warfare’s menu itself and need not be downloaded, separately. What’s more? It’s engaging, enrapturing content. It allows multiplayer combat of 150 players, from around the world, across different platforms.
Primary Weapons:
Primary weapons are the main source of afflicting damage. The weapons included in the primary weapons category are-an assault rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, light machine guns, Riot shields, sniper rifles, etc.
Secondary weapons:
These weapons are like the second line of defense. In case one runs out of ammo or gets attacked before the weapon loads in, one can use secondary weapons to protect. These occupy secondary weapons slots in the inventory. Here are a few popular secondary weapons- handguns, launchers, melee weapons, etc.
Though the choice of weapons depends on the target, situation and the extent of damage to be done, guns similarly vary in their range, speed, load-outs, attachments and firing rate, etc.
Victus XMR
It is a sniper rifle, with highly explosive ammo. Its one shot can eliminate a fully armored opponent. It is a new addition to warzone 2’s sniper rifle class. AI Mazrah vast and open fields ask for long-range effectiveness and high damage output.
It works well with Mack 8, 33.5 super, the longest available barrel. The loadout increases damage range and bullet velocity while lowering aim down sight speed and recoil control.
The laser attachment VLK LZR 7MW provides excellent targeting and stability while increasing sprint-to-fire speed. Weapon stock facilitates the player’s better and faster ADS speed. Similarly, other attachments increase the crouching movement, aiming, and sprint speeds when equipped with Victus XMR.
Kastov 762
It is one of the hardest-hitting assault rifles in warzone 2. However, it needs the right attachments to mitigate the recoil. It is good for a mid-range option for matches in AI Mazrah, and hits through even armor plates.
Kastov 762, is slower than an SMG and less effective in closed spaces than a shotgun. So it is with experience that usage of different attachments and load-outs can be found.
Barrel increases damage range and recoil control, both of which are important for long-range gunfights in AI Mazrah. The polar fire –S builds on this and suppresses the sound, which is important to keep safe.
Raal MG
The Raal MG is the most powerful LMG in the warzone. It does 50 chest damage in one gunshot, so needs 5 shots to kill a fully armoured enemy player. Its weight is too high and, so slow in handling. To some degree, it is compensated with high accuracy.
The muzzle, under barrel, ammunition, magazine, optic and other attachments can be used at different levels.
MP5
MP5 setup depends on your weapons of choice, but its best use focuses on improving its mobility stat. Its damage is mid-range and focused more on damage output and effective damage range. At short ranges it is devastating. Tiger team spotlight increases the weapon’s hip fire accuracy.
With the suppressor, the damage range is extended also it cannot be spotted in the mini-map. That is, important in the last stages of the game. Few other attachments like serpent wrap buff up its ADS time and Raider stock improve its mobility, though compensating on hip fire accuracy.
Oden
It is an assault rifle. For some it may not be appealing at first go, however, professional players may work wonders through it. It works mid-range and long-range and is ideal for a vast and expansive battle royale. When equipped with specific accessories, it is infallible.
The best option for a novice player would be M4A1. Although the damage is not severe, it will help learn oden in the long run.
AUG
AUG is indispensable if you are seeking a rapid-fire rate. It is the ideal SMG, for close-quarters combat, with exceptional mobility too. With a scope attachment, it is an absolute monster without even sacrificing accuracy.
Gunfights become even more intense with special ammunition. They can be improved on penetration distance, which is reflected in the health stat too.
For this reason, it is important to take into account a thermal scope for long-range engagements.
R9-0
R9-0 shotgun, also called as DP-12, it is a shotgun featured in Call of duty: Modern warfare and call of duty: mobile. It is a high-capacity weapon that can fire two barrels in rapid succession before being reloaded. It does intense damage in a short duration. As your main weapon, you can pair it with an assault rifle like the Oden or M4A1.
PKM
Assault rifle’s precision and great range, when combined with rapid-fire of SMGs in machine guns, it becomes a lethal combination. So the controls are pre-set and it is mainly on automatic mode.
The PKM machine allows one to attack as aggressively as necessary. However, it may become crucial to keep safe distance before attacking and engage only in adversaries up close.
Sometimes it may require much more than the usual hundred rounds, but with the right accessories you can make this into a true meat grinder. You can even destroy cars if you choose a RPG rocket launcher, as secondary weapon.
Kar98k
The Kar98k Marksman Rifle is an excellent long range weapon that deals a lot of damage with each shot. Every bullet counts. It is crucial because players typically get only few shots before sniping opponents pinpoint the shooter’s location or retreat.
The reload and fire rate are not great for one to choose it immediately, however, its single gunshot eliminates opponents with a single shot, and this makes it a viable option. It has a legendary status when combined with one of the most dominant rifle attachments in the game.
M4A1
The M4A1 loadout has become one of the most viable options in warzone, because of its accuracy, range, fast rate of fire, and the potential to strap a 60-round magazine. M4 class and setup we have got is the best build for the popular Assault rifles. Good pick for newcomers, as it has modest recoiling and fast rate of shooting.
JAK-12
It is a fully automatic open-bolt shotgun, with a recoil-reducing gas blowback system. It unloads high volumes of lead at a steady rate.
It has, however, one of the lowest rates of pickup, but can dominate up in the close quarters, all thanks to its large clips, great hip fire accuracy, and pellet spread.
So it is best brought along with an assault rifle that can accurately at long range too.
